(More customer reviews)I shopped online a long time for a small, white finish fireplace to replace my old electric Dimplex stove. It was complicated to put together, and I paid a handyman to do it. I like the fireplace, but I resent it too. It has only yellow flames....there's no red at all. It looks completely fake, because a fire is red and yellow. If I'd known this, I wouldn't have bought it. If the description had just said "only yellow flame" I would have looked for another with red/yellow flame. And it's so much trouble to ship back, I can't return it. Why would it not be made to have a small red, and a small yellow, bulb? On the plus, the heater works well, the remote is easy, and the white finish is attractive with my white woodwork and windows and doors. The Sylvane company who made it provided no rememdy, but offered a $75 card credit, which was good of them. But I'm still seeking red, in some way.
