I had pretty severe neck and back pain issues before getting this and its really made a huge difference in my ability to work comfortably. I tend to spend most of the day standing. I alternate throughout the day between sets of standing and sitting and working. I simply push down on the desk surface when I want to sit and work. Very much worth the money.
