Pro:
Darken glass hides the A/V components from view giving it a clean look.
High quality of wood finish.
Made in USA.
Arrives in one piece, no assembly required.
Cons:
Older A/V components (> 5years old) do not fit with the rear wiring.
I had to remove additional backing material to give the component wiring room.
All shelves are fixed, not removable or adjustable.
Odered with riser, but was not in the received box.
Stain color is slightly darker than photo shown at Amazon.
Overall B+ -- The stand is attractive, but could be deeper to handle all types of A/V equipment.
