Convenience Concepts Designs 2 Go Mobile Media Stand Review

(More customer reviews)This unit is U.S. built, so at least the directions were in understandable English. It came in the proverbial small, incredibly packed box -- be careful when opening, lest you risk a smashed toe or two.
After my nephew and I got the thing opened and did an inventory of pieces/parts, we noticed that there was not even a single extra screw or bolt, or even wooden peg included -- a cheap way to manufacture which leaves NO margin for error. I would strongly advise the manufacturer to spend a penny or two more and include a few extra connecting tidbits.
BE SURE TO VERY VERY CAREFULLY FOLLOW THE FIRST STEPS IN THE DIRECTIONS, as several of the pieces look nearly identical and you have to start connecting the precise piece from the exact side or you will threaten accurate completion of the project. After a couple of near-misses (several of which were caught by the younger eyes of my Nephew), we did get the thing together in about two hours. Be sure to have several screwdrivers of different sizes handy, and be prepared to work hard to get some of the screws and bolts in (especially the castors). It rolls great, has heavy-duty (five of them!) castors for weighty payloads, and also has a nice finish. Two of the castors are locking, and they seem to hold their grip well when locked.
One additional suggestion for the manufacturer: the round wood grain colored stickers (intended to cover bolt holes and such) DO NOT STICK to the wood and are WAY TOO SMALL. The manufacturer needs to replace these.
Overall, I would recomend this US MADE product.

(More customer reviews)I started looking for a tv stand in Circuit City. They didn't have anything I thought was appealing. Bestbuy had some nice items, but they were way too expensive for anything decent.
I was a little skeptical ordering this from Amazon as I couldn't see it in person to see the quality in person, but I gambled and bought it. This stand for under 300 dollars I believe is much nicer quality than the 500-600 dollar ones @ Best buy! Easy to assemble, appealing, and high quality. The wood wasn't that cheap compressed stuff that a lot of manufacturers use.
I don't know how this would work with a crt (tube) tv, but the description above clearly states flat screens.
I did the free trial of Amazon Prime, and this arrived within one day of shipping, and within 2 of purchase!
Overall, 5/5 !!

(More customer reviews)These TV trays really are a great, great buy. They are extrememly high quality, heavy, real wood items. They look really awesome and have a wonderful smooth finish. The neutral colouring means they will look good in almost any kitchen or living room. The trays themselves come already assembled and the hanging rack took only five minutes to put together.
When in use they arent in the slightest bit wobbly and have enought room to hold a large plate - drink, tablewear and condiments. When not in use the whole set is so compact it really doesnt take up much room at all. These are so nice that even if you dont use them too often I actually thing they add a decorative improvement to the kitchen! If this set were $100 I would not thing them overpriced so at $32.00 it really is a steal!

(More customer reviews)This tv stand is just as pictured and is very sturdy. It was easy to put together and came out of the box without a scratch. My baby tried to crawl up on it when I had my back turned for just a second and the stand didn't budge. The front silver panels and bottom base piece are actually solid wood that is painted to match the metal top piece, side pieces and back that all support the tempered glass shelves. I was worried that this stand would be low quality because of the low price, but that is NOT the case! I'm so glad I bought this stand and would recommend it to others.

If the bolt holes are more then 30" apart then you need a different Arm Size that is available by a different part Number. This should be more clearly defined on the literature. Other then that no complaints.
