(More customer reviews)This took two of us 4 hours to put together. It looks pretty good once you're done & put it up against a wall. Don't expect high quality materials. It's made of particle board so it chips REALLY easily if you bang it against a wall or something. We banged the corner against a wall while moving it into the room and had to pull a TINY chunk of the corner off. It comes with a little black marker for you to color in dents & chips. But if you don't damage it, then it looks nice once it's in place. The drawer slides are made of plastic and the back of the dresser is almost like a large piece of cardboard, so that's how the dresser can be priced so low. The drawers aren't as deep as it looks. The sides & back of the drawers don't go as high as the panel on the front. I'm happy with it though for what I paid.

(More customer reviews)Yes, it took a little extra time to get it (received an e-mail from the manufacturer that the original shipment had been returned and a replacement sent for some reason) but when it came, all was well and it went together with no problem. Love the finished product (did a lot of pre-purchase research) and it is everything we expected. The black finish is a little delicate when sliding larger components in, but any minor scratches are easily hidden with a touch of a black Sharpie pen. One minor complaint is that the bottom of the front kick panel is slightly visible and should be painted. Overall a great product!

Sanus Systems VMAVB Component Shelf Wall Mount (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)The shelf is sturdy and works just as expected. But without having a glass on top, it is difficult to get certain items to fit. Ex. I tried to set my Directv receiver on it (non DVR). It is too small and wont fit well. Then I put my old DVD player on it and the legs on the buttom of the DVD player interfer with the legs of the shelf. I can push it back, but it doesn't sit even. My new DVD player which is compact and small doesn't really fit either and just doesn't look right. Perfect for LARGE AV components.
The shelf would work well for LARGE items, but for compact items it isn't centered, or is just plain hard to fit.
No exactly what you plan to put on it.
But it was easy to install and it is very sturdy. Can easily hold heavy or stacking items.
It would be perfect if:
1. It had a glass/ plastic shelf to set on the mount.
2. It didn't stick out as much.

Peerless Universal Articulating Wall Arm for 37-Inch - 71-Inch Flat Panel Screens (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)This wall mount is a beast. It's cast aluminum and steel construction and it is definitely heavy duty. It accommodated a 75 pound LCD TV with ease. It does require some skill to install, especially if your wall framing isn't specifically set up for this mount. The cast aluminum mounting holes on the arms are 16" on center and have a sliding feature that allows you to slide the TV left or right a total of about 12". You might squeak out another few inches if you move the mounting plate on the back of the TV left or right, but plan on having the mount close to the center of your mounting point. My framing was set up so that I wound up milling some 1" ash lumber about 4" wide and using that to catch three studs. I could then attach this mount to the ash on the wall to put the TV dead center on the wall.
The actual mount is two pieces. The articulating arm mounts on the wall and the plate that goes on the back of your TV. It has a clever two bolt drop in system that allows you mount the wall arm and then slide the TV and TV mount onto the wall arm. There are 4 total bolts that hold the TV bracket to the wall mount. The wall mount uses 5/16 x 3 1/2" lags for wood studs. I can't comment on brick or steel framed walls - I had wood studs with drywall. One thing I did not like was that none of the included hardware for the TV mounting plate really had the proper washers for the TV bracket, they were simply too small. I bought some proper sized metric hex bolts and washers to mount the TV plate to the back of my TV.
The instructions could be better written and some of the bolts described in the directions don't match what is on the wall mount. Individual mounting variations aside, this mount easily adjusts in multiple directions and is extremely well built. I would recommend this mount as long as you have some carpentry skill and someone to help out. It's not a one person job because the mount itself is pretty heavy - 60+ pounds. As long as you have requisite installation skills, I would readily endorse the quality and construction of this wall mount.
