The TV cabinet is much nicer quality than I expected and blends perfectly with my antique and other nice quality furniture. Very sturdy. I would call the color a medium oak-just slightly darker than the picture. It took about 2 hours to assemble. No missing or poor-fitting parts. My 42 inch TV looks perfect on it and sits at eye level. Not too low or up too high. Thank you Amazon for a great product at a great price!!
