(More customer reviews)This is a nice simple yet stylish TV stand. It seems very sturdy...I still have one of those heavy, (really heavy), 32 inch TV's w/the big tube/box in the back..no flat screen yet, and it fits nicely upon the top. I thought it would be too deep to fit.
It is nice for a small area,..not obtrusive. I like the shelves beneath.

Traditional TV Stand - Cherry Review

(More customer reviews)We purchased this tv stand from Target and it took my fiance and I several hours to put it together. It was poorly packaged and didn't even have any sort of cushion for the glass! Luckily nothing was broke. One of our first problems came when we were sorting out the pieces only to discover that several of the pieces weren't even labeled. Halfway through the construction, the two back panels wouldn't even fit! After going back through and making sure everything was put together correctly, we concluded that the pieces were cut wrong. We had to cut about 1/4" off each panel just to get them to fit! There are slight gaps in the back because of the horrible fitting of the panels even after our cuts. Our next problem came when we got to the doors. The hinges attached to the doors had to be taken apart at the joint just to get them to work. Overall, this stand is really beautiful but the construction is terrible. The directions are clear and easy to read but the cut and quality of the material is little to be desired. If not for the construction, I would have rated this stand at a 5! They really should sell this stand fully assembled in order to get the ratings the overall product deserves (either that or find a new company to make and package the materials!).

Arts Crafts Black Widescreen TV Credenza Review

(More customer reviews)So after searching all over for the right product, I landed on this item. It is one of the few that could fit my center channel speaker. I also like the fact that it had additional storage on the sides. The problem however is that you have to trust the shipping guy not to drop these 2 heavy packages. Mine came with a piece broken off. Luckilly, I have tools and wood glue and was able to straighten the staples, re-glue and clamp the piece back on and it is good as new.
And the most important thing you should know is this. The opening is not 34" wide as it is listed. It is 33 and 3/4" wide. Whats the big deal you ask? Well if you plan on putting your stereo components side by side, they will not fit if they are 17" wide, which is the common width of many stereo components. So now I am stuck trying to figure out how to get my components to fit. But if you dont have a bunch of stereo equipment like me, then I would recommend this item.

City Chic TV Stand - Espresso Review

(More customer reviews)Beautiful stand, seems very sturdy. The only problem I had with it, one of the metal plates (that sticks to the magnet holding the doors closed) didn't quite fit right because the holes in the door were a little off. It was an easy fix for us. Overall a good product.
