Amazon did not help at all, I had to go directly to the manufacturer. I peice looks nice, but the drawers are cheap feeling with thin wood. They do not open all the way, and it makes it difficult to put folded clothes in the drawers.

(More customer reviews)I bought this same tv stand from http://www.tvkeepers.com, when I got it, three pieces broken, then I found some is wood, some is high pressure paper made plate, most ridiculous is the face frame is connected with staples. though they promised to replace three pieces, I did not get yet.
The appearance is ok and do the job for 46 lcd hdtv, do not know how long it will last, will never buy bedford and tvkeepers for they do not have phone csr. will stick to crate barrel

It was very easy to put together and I got it together in a couple of hours. I did have help screwing in the small screws in the back since I was getting tired at that point in the evening but it was really very simple. I'd highly recommend this unit.

Bush Midnight Mist Collection 60" Plasma TV Stand Video Base Review

(More customer reviews)This stand looks very good with my black 47" Toshiba LCD TV.
The only thing to be careful of is to make sure you have enough room in the bottom shelf if you have a tall, top-venting A/V Receiver.
Mine arrived (not from Amazon) with a small scratch on the front. I called Bush and they had a new one to me in 2 business days, with no hassles at all.
Edit - we upgraded to a 52" TV... looks great on it still.
