(More customer reviews)I've had this unit for over a year. I did not buy it from Amazon because I found it $100 less elsewhere (they no longer had price matching). I absolutely love the unit. My HD tv fits perfect on top, DVD, VCR, stereo in shelf right below, side panels hold DVD's and remotes.... The stucture is solid and easy to put together. My original shipment came with two cherry panels mixed in with the oak I had ordered. The supplier was horrible - couldn't make phone contact, then when I finally got through they never produced the correct panels. I called the company I purchased the unit through and they made contact & got me the correct side panels. My children and I especially enjoyed it this winter, the flames are pretty and adjustable. The heat can be turned on seperately with or without the flame and it warms the room great without having to heat the whole house. The heat and fan adjust too and are quiet enough to allow listening to the tv at a comfortable level. I've received tons of compliments from guests.

SEI Regency Mahogany Media Stand Review

(More customer reviews)This unit is truly prettier than I thought it would be. It matches my other oak furniture perfectly and the fireplace unit makes for cozy ambiance. It was very easy to put together and I got it together in a couple of hours. I did have help screwing in the small screws in the back since I was getting tired at that point in the evening but it was really very simple. I'd highly recommend this unit.

(More customer reviews)We received this yesterday and put it together in a few hours. I expected the quality to be a bit better for the price, but all the same it looks great. We had looked at the Espresso model but opted for this lighter color - so glad we did. Some reviewers on the espresso model stated that they were unhappy with the flame because there wasn't enough color variation, but we are very happy with it. We have wanted an electric fireplace for a long time, since we can't have the real thing. This would probably warm up our bedroom if it were in that room with the door closed, but we have this in our living room near a stairway and kitchen so we didn't notice a big difference in the overall warmth of the room. However, we have only had it for one day. Standing in front of it with the heat on high, it definitely puts out good heat though so we'll see after extended use how that goes. Would definitely recommend

Manhattan TV Stand Review

(More customer reviews)The only reason that I gave one star is there is no zero star. First, it arrived without the original box just shipping box with forms. Its parts were all over the places in the box. Initially, it looks like the seal of the package was broken, but after looking carefully, it looks like target sent one of the returned items to us (based on conditions of contents and parts). Please do not buy this unless you want to waste your money.
For contents of the box, one of the side panels that has two legs was broken, and I am not surprise because of the way it was made. The legs were attached to the panel by narrow staples, and I can see that the leg can easily be cracked by the staples. Assembly was easy, but some parts were not well fitted each other, so you need little patient to assemble.
We do not have a target store in town, and that is the only way we glue the leg to panel and use it as is. We used to like target because they have something better than walmart, but next time, I will buy things from Walmart. Through this experience, I feel quality of items between two stores are same so I do not have reasons to spend more money to get same quality items. Please do not buy this unless you have money to waste.
