(More customer reviews)I got this for laptop use about a year ago at our local Walmart. Another reviewer mentioned one part coming loose and made the table lean. I might be lucky or the other reviewer got a bum table, but mine so far has not had any issues. It sitll looks and functions the same as when I got it. My laptop pretty much sits on it day in and day out. I have been happy with my purchase and I think I am going to buy another for my daughter. It will either be this on one or the Tablemate.

(More customer reviews)This desk looks beautiful. The box is very heavy. We couldn't even lift it up to move to our office. We had to open the box and move each piece one by one, but that just shows you the quality off the wood. There are alot of pieces to this desk. It can be very overwhelming but if you take your time and organize it out, it's not that difficult. I'm a 5foot 110pound woman and I was able to put the desk together by myself. You will need someone to help you lift the top pieces of the desk. It has a lot of storage room and plenty of desk space. The black pieces are not totally black. They have brown streak lines to give it a rustic feel. If you don't feel like working on a project then I do not recommend this desk. The price for this desk is very reasonable.

Mission Computer Desk - Natural Review

(More customer reviews)I bought my first one of these desks for my guest room (only 12 x 10). I needed a desk that would accomidate my 19" monitor but, had a pullout keyboard tray and matched my natural wood decor and floors, without taking over the room. I also live in the southwest so the style fit in with our existing decor plan without breaking our budget. It was pretty easy to put together (30 - 45 minutes) with very simple tools. My first one has served me well for about a year. The only problem is that I need to tighten the frame as the keyboard tray slips off occasionally. There is only minimal room for paperwork, books, etc. I find it excellent for my needs of surfing the net, paying bills, and propping my feet on while watching TV. I would rate it a 5 if there was no way to hide computer cables. A back panel that extends most the way to the floor would really have helped. I hung a towel the color of our walls behind the desk and that does on OK job of hiding cable running from the CPU to the monitor and they keyboard. Mousepad space is tight so I put mine on the keyboard tray and increased my mouse speed. Target has several other Mission style furniture items that match the desk for reasonable prices. I bought 2 smaller computer desks that have room only for a monitor for our second computer and my my computer at my office. They also have had 2 different styles of matching shelves. I bought (4) 3-tier shelf sets and (1) 4 tier shelf set. The best thing about these shelf units is that they come assembled. You simply fold out the shelves and thats it. These shelf units are amazingly sturdy. Finally I bought a desk organizer that fits onto the desk reasonably well.

(More customer reviews)Shipping time (via Prime) and packaging were very good, with extra padding in the corners and ample foam inside. The hardware was packaged well in separate bags and putting the whole thing together was relatively easy. A hammer, flat head and philips head screwdrivers are needed. A touch up marker was included as well, which was nice. Thankfully, I didn't need it as there weren't any scratches or marks. It probably won't hold a 120 lb. tube tv, but it will definitely do for a computer or medium sized lcd tv set up.
The sliding shelf seemed a little flimsy at first, but now that I've used it for a couple of days, it feels solid and slides smoothly. It is rather small though, so if you plan to put a keyboard and mouse on it, make sure you have a compact keyboard. I'm taking off a star because in my opinion, it's just a tad overpriced, and was a little smaller than I'd hoped for, but that was just from my expectations. Overall, I like the way it looks, and I'm happy with the purchase.

Table Mate Ii Review

(More customer reviews)I had my tablemates for 3 months now and it's still in one piece. The table is very flexible and you can adjust it to 3 different heights and 3 tilt positions. The table top is durable plastic and the legs are aluminum. The table is easy to assemble out of the box and requires no tools.
----The Negatives: The height is not easily adjusted. The legs use locking pins that must be adjusted independently. The home site has a 2 for 1 but charges Shipping and handling equal to the table price. The time for delivery can be as long as 60 days. I strongly recommend ordering them from a well know store like Amazon. This is perfect as a bed tray like ones in hospitals.

Rolling TV Stand Mainstays Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this tv stand to go with the desk and chair from Mainstays that I purchased. The assembly was super easy and it's very sturdy. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble, and that's only because I am not really used to assembling things on my own. I do not use this stand for a tv, however. I placed my Canon wireless printer on this stand and placed it across the room because my room is not really set to where I can have a desk and a tv stand on the same wall. I recommend this product completely!
