(More customer reviews)From a distance, this table is very functional and nice looking. However, be prepared for some surface imperfections. My table was black and had 15-20 blemishes that appeared to be covered with black magic marker. It also had some knicks and spots that looked like dried glue that were painted over.
On the plus side, it took about 15 minutes to assemble with the included allen wrench, and even came with wood plugs to cover the screw holes. Not bad, for the money!

(More customer reviews)Overall, I'm very pleased with the construction and sturdiness of this piece of furniture. I feel like I got my money's worth, and it looks great in my house. My only two complaints, a small piece of wood, on the side, my husband had to glue on, it was attached by a weak staple, but it's fine now; and also, it did not come with assembling instructions. It was very simple to put together, but then again, my husband put it together, and he's very handy. I think, if it was just me putting it together, I would have a bit more trouble.

(More customer reviews)I had my tablemates for 3 months now and it's still in one piece. The table is very flexible and you can adjust it to 3 different heights and 3 tilt positions. The table top is durable plastic and the legs are aluminum. The table is easy to assemble out of the box and requires no tools.
----The Negatives: The height is not easily adjusted. The legs use locking pins that must be adjusted independently. The home site has a 2 for 1 but charges Shipping and handling equal to the table price. The time for delivery can be as long as 60 days. I strongly recommend ordering them from a well know store like Amazon. This is perfect as a bed tray like ones in hospitals.

(More customer reviews)I've had this set of TV tables for over 2 years. I originally bought them from K-Mart or Target. I've used them for everything from eating to working on my laptop to speaker stands (in a pinch).
They're easy to move around because when they fold up they can be placed (two to a side) on the carrier. The carrier has a handle at the top. Although it makes a heavy package, all you need to do is put shipping tape (or rope) around the tables and the handle and you can move these without breaking them.
The wood is gorgeous. Natural with no stain. They're also very sturdy.

(More customer reviews)We were very excited about the extra large, REAL wood TV tables we ordered. But, when they arrived, there was a piece missing that is required for setting up the stand. Conveniently, there was a printout with instructions on how to request missing parts. Go figure. We thought the heavy wood trays would be sturdy... Nope. They were more wobbly than our cheap old timey ones. Between the missing piece and the wobbliness we decided they were defective enough that we wanted our money back. Amazon themselves were absolutely awesome with issuing a return label & number and refunding our money rapidly. No harm done.
