(More customer reviews)This tray and a bunch of thick carpet savers and I got everything I wanted and more! To the point, I think this is the best tray I ever saw except pay close attention to the clearance on your couch!!!
If your couch looks like the one in the picture... like my couch in that I have only 1.75 inches clearance, this will not be a product you want.
BUT IF YOU HAVE 2" CLEARANCE OR MORE THIS TRAY WORKS TERRIFIC!
With the clearance it absolutely slides to you, is really really stable, and has plenty of room for my 19" laptop plus my coffee pencil and 3x5 notepad. It slides and glides and is perfectly stable... not even my cat at a dead run across the keypboard was a problem... it didn't even wiggle enough to spill my coffee!
BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE CLEARANCE AND NO MORE!
That is why the only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating... you need to make sure it fits under the your furniture... it won't fit under my low profile couch, or my LAZYEE BOY RECLINER without adding carpet savers that are 0.75 inches in height and no higher as that close fit is what gives it the stability you want.
They don't mention this and without it I would not rate it above 2 stars. Without the right clearance it is no better than any other tray.
