(More customer reviews)I purchased this product and set it up only to be very dissappointed by the lack of clips to secure the shoe rack at the bottom of the door. I called the company and they sent me more clips, but they only worked for the top of rack. Shoes all fell off and were in a pile everytime I closed door. I packed it up and sent it back.
