(More customer reviews)I got this for Christmas. I was pretty excited, but I ended up disappointed. The light doesn't work at all. It took me a while to figure out where the batteries even go - you have to unzip it and reach inside the cushion part, which incidentally smelled funky - but once I got them in, the light still didn't work. I already had a lap desk so the light was the only feature that made this one stand out. I would not spend $20 on this product, but I will continue to use it now that I have it. It holds my netbook well, but if I had a regular sized laptop I doubt it would be useful.
The "pencil holder" actually works well to hold my Kindle, and if the light actually worked this product would have been ideal. Oh well.
