(More customer reviews)Ok I was going to write a long story about how I got here but who really cares.
The bottom line is this unit completely rocks. I compared it to the Sony SXRDs and the JVC 1080P ILAs - both are 1080P displays but will not accept a 1080P signal. The picture is incredible - truely like an 8 megapixel photo in HD. Even Home Theater Mag rated its performace (96) higher than the Sony (94), JVC (92) and all the DLP (< 90) units in its 2/2006 HDTV face off. But remember its a monitor not a TV so you'll need to either have a cable box, sat receiver, computer or external tuner. Actually this is one monitor which you can hook everything up to since it has 5 HD inputs. I've only found one weakness - sometimes when switching between sources it sometimes looses sinc and goes pink - but its easily fixed by switching again to another source and back.

(More customer reviews)Perhaps future updates will help, but it's probably a hardware issue. It's a fairly new drive and rejects many Blu-Ray disks. Of course, Blu-Ray uses very obstinate copy protection, which interferes with the playing of disks. Expect this drive to reject a significant number of Blu-Ray offerings. Performance for CD/DVD is satisfactory, but get the firmware upgrade. The current version is 1.07. Am looking forward to 1.08, but Pioneer makes it very difficult to get firmware updates, so it won't be easy. I get mine at the European site. In the meantime, go with something else. This has been nothing but a headache.

Bello AVS-2762 Versatile Two-Tone Audio/Video System Review

(More customer reviews)A great TV stand. I like the fact that the stand is wide so I can put more components in the rack. The stand looks awesome and goes perfect with my 46" Samsung 1080P. I actually could have bought a bigger TV since this stand can accomodate but I couldn't justify the substantially higher cost.

Onkyo Speaker Stand AS240B (pair) Review

(More customer reviews)I got these speaker stands with the Onkyo HT-SP908 7.1 Channel Home Theater System. Onkyo hasn't updated their product page to list them yet, but they are perfect for the Onkyo SKS-HT750 speakers included in that system. The stands are sturdy and include a spacer that allows you to select a speaker height of either about 36" or 43"
I think they look great. Not that much more you can say about a speaker stand...

Euro Black Modular Video Shelf Review

Visidec VFS-DH Freestanding Quick Shift Donut Display Stand to Support Two Displays Horizontally (Polished) Review

(More customer reviews)I have been wanting to get rid of the monitor stands on two desks to have better alignment/positioning and a more sleek, clean appearance. One desk has two Dell 24" monitors and the other has three. After looking at several two and three display stands that handle 24" monitors, this one caught my eye for some reason.
The legs are pretty big, but I think that's probably to be expected. I wasn't really expecting too much assembly. So many people say an item has insufficient instructions or "the instructions were confusing". I usually don't have a problem things together, but I had some issues with this thing. In the end, it all came together.
Everything is pretty sturdy....except for the "donuts" that hold the monitors in place. It's a pain trying to get monitors in the right place. Shifting them side to side is easy, but tilting them up/down and left/right just didn't work for me. I looked at the item page again and I forgot there was a video. Adjusting the height on the back pole DOES NOT work like that. You have to take the monitors off, loosen the screws, adjust, put the monitors back on, and hopefully you got them in the right spot. If not, you'll have to do that again. There is no kind of quick release handle. Just two screws. I gave up.
I tried to route the power and DisplayPort cables, but apparently only the cable and not the end connectors go through the poles and little balls hold the cables in place. It just looked like a joke.

Short story long, I sent it back. I'm pretty picky when it comes to having the monitors in the right spot and I haven't tried any others yet, so maybe these types of stands just aren't for me. I never got them in the position I wanted and even if I did, they don't seem to stay in place.
