(More customer reviews)A beautiful piece. Set up is complicated by the fact that the provided wood screws are not up to all the tasks for which they were provided. Specifically, the back support (U), which is supposed to draw several pieces (I,J,U) together for a flush fit. Holes are predrilled and some have plastic inserts for a good bite. The four holes in the center of (U) did not have inserts. I had to improvise and use four bolts to atach the the center of the support (U). The wood screws (M) would not attach in the center and just popped loose. The edges did hold and the screws are still holding. I would suggest using regular 1.5 inch drywall screws to afix the the left and right ends (F,E to I,J) of the back support, as again, the screws provided just pulled loose. The back support is a two or three person job. Once completed, this thing is absolutely stunning. Lots of compliments. Seems sturdy enough, but it is a challenge to assemble. Still, I'd buy it again....its that nice an addition.

(More customer reviews)I purchased two of these items for a new mudroom. I was looking to save money after spending an abundant amount of money on construction. You get what you pay for. The quality of this item is cheap constuction and directions for installation are poor. It took several trial and errors to construct this correctly. Nothing is labeled and it is not to sturdy. The look of this item is good when completed, however it will not last long (especially with children). Too make matters worse I was emailed from the company to speak with them about my first comment I made on this product. It took me over a dozen times to contact them via phone and I listened to different prompts that circled you back to the original recordings and I failed miserably to contact them. This waisted about a hour of my time and I realized the company I was dealing with is inept and pathetic. Could you imagine having a company contact you to settle a dispute and you can't contact them with the phone number they give you, even with a name and extension attached. I finally leave my number and the message states they will call you within 24 hours , well it has been about 12 days. This is the contact person i was suppose to speak with and did not call me back.
