(More customer reviews)The wood on this entertaiment center is beautiful, but we ordered this item a month ago and when it finally got to us it was all broken in peices. We called to get a replacment but after calling about four times all they could tell us is that they will have to do a review to see what they are going to do! That was a week ago and after another call yesterday they still don't know if we will be sent a new entertainment center or new parts to replace the broken pieces! so here we are, a month after we ordered it all we have to show for it is the amount we paid for it dedcuted from our bank account, and a living room with a TV on the floor next to a pile a beatiful but broken wood.
we hope it will not be another month before this is taken care of and we finally have what we ordered.
very poor customer care. I should think since the product is already paid for and they sent us a broken product that they would do a little more then "review" the case.
