There were minimal instructions, bags and bags of screws, nuts and bolts that were not necessary placed together. Also, the box arrived damaged, so scratch marks remain. It was very heavy, I did not want to send it back. I enjoy it once it was assembled.

(More customer reviews)This is a nice piece. It could be better. it's a little "rocky" on carpet, which makes me a little nervous with my 50" plasma sitting on top. The glass doors are a little cheap as far as the instalment. It would be nice if there was some track that made them a little more sturdy when moving. The assembly was a quite the task and I don't recommend stopping and coming back. You'll just lose your place and stand there trying to figure out where you stopped :)

(More customer reviews)We were looking for some furniture for our daughter's bedroom on a small budget. This whole set is adorable! The TV stand itself fits our 27 inch TV very well. There is plenty of room depth-wise to put the stand completely against the wall with the tv on it. The bins are very large for housing all the entertainment extras. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bins. The actual piece itself puts together very easily and it is very sturdy when complete.
One thing to note is there is no hole in the back of the unit to run cords. With the right drill accessory, that isn't a problem.
Buying things like this online is always a roll of the dice, but this is an instance where my expectations were exceeded and the unit looked even better in person than I thought it would.

(More customer reviews)When this finally arrived, I was a bit disappointed in the fact it had several minor blemishes that had to be repaired with the marker included for "deluxing" but fortunately all these spots were on the interio save one. In the product image above you can't see that both internal shelves have support dividers, which can be a problem for those using soundbars for audio, but thankfully the shape allows for narrow objects to be placed in front of it on that top interior shelf. Once assembled, and one person can do it, it looks fantastic. I do recommend having a rubber mallet on hand to help get some pieces into shape. It looks great, but as expected with black furniture, it is a dust magnet. Lastly, apparently this ships from Canada, and until two days before arriving I couldn't see an estimate for ship date. Still, it's a great, solid media console that looks great in my living room.

Z-Line Portland Flat Panel TV Stand with Integrated Mount Review

It looks great, matches the Black of my 50" Panasonic Plasma great along with my Left and Right speakers and stands. The Swivel mount works good. Makes it a little easier when you need to get behind your HDTV. Not a huge need to swivel with a Plasma since the viewing angle is so wide.
It's also quite a heavy stand!!! It holds a lot also. A Negative is because it's Gloss Black, it does collect a lot of dust easily.
Hanging my Plasma on the wall wasn't a option for me. I also didn't want my Plasma sitting on top of a Glass Shelf. I've seen pictures of what happens when the shelf shatters even though the Rated weight rating was much higher then the HDTV and yet still shattered. I like the look of it up in the Air. The center support blocks the view of any wires, which for me is the power cable and a single HDMI cable. It also allowed me to place the center speaker right under the center of my HDTV with it up in the Air like it is. It is adjustable Up and down, not real easily, but possible. I have mine mounted up to the second to last top hole. This allowed me to fit the speaker under the HDTV, have it at a nice viewing height which if I had just used the Stand my Plasma came with and sat it on the top shelf would have been way to LOW to view. I'm about 7 feet from my screen and even when I'm fully reclined I can still see the screen fully without even my feet blocking the screen.
I've seen other HDTV stands with these type of center lift mounts but most are pretty flimsy feeling to me. Not fully part of the stand where you can remove it and not use it if you like. Not this one. It's Part of the stand. It's bolted on. It's wide and strong. There's no give, no sway, it's solid. There's a bolt kit, with lots of different bolts to fit just about any HDTV, Plasma or LCD made to fit this stand. I popped the caps off the back of my Panasonic Plasma, Installed the 2 Brackets with the Included/Correct bolts, and lifted it onto the Stand mount, then screwed up the lock bolts to keep it from somehow being knocked off. Your HDTV isn't going anywhere!!!

We bought a 50" plasma, and technically could have purchased the smaller, less expensive model, but I am very happy we went with the 60" stand. It is substantial looking and the TV seems safer and more stable on this size. Yes, it is not real wood, but a 60" entertainment stand made from all wood was more expensive than the 50" plasma. For the price, this is an excellent buy. If you want a piece of furniture to last your lifetime, and become a family heirloom, you probably aren't buying pressboard from Amazon.

Prepac Ferentino Black Flat Panel LCD/Plasma TV Console Review

(More customer reviews)I'm completely satisfied with this purchase. I mounted a new Samsung 46'' HDTV on the wall and bought this stand to hold all the other components, which it does nicely. In the middle (bottom) I have an Onkyo HT-RC260 7.2-Channel Home Theater Receiver and in the middle (top) the Klipsch Synergy C-1 Center Channel Speaker. (Note that the comparable Polk Audio CS10 Center Channel Speaker was too wide). On the left I have a Wii and a DVR and on the right a PS3 and cable box. There's plenty of room for everything, and the doors enable remotes to work through the glass. It was easy to put together, although I did reverse one piece and had to take it apart and reassemble, but that only took about 10 minutes since I then knew what I was doing. (The bottom peace is only black on one side, and easy to flip around by mistake). The pictures sometimes appear gray or dark gray, but the unit is indeed black. The screws provided to connect the 2 door knobs (brushed nickel) were too short, so I had to find longer screws at the hardware store. This was a bit annoying, but simple enough a fix that I'll keep my rating at 5 stars. As such, I'm happy with my purchase.

The only issue is that you've got to be careful during assembly because the wood finish easily scratches. Also the wood is not solid but engineered wood but that's what you get for the price.

Omnimount Echo50LE 2-Shelf Video Table (50-Inch Wide, Black Lacquer) Review

(More customer reviews)This table was extremely easy to put together and looks great. The seams between pieces are virtually unnoticeable once assembled. The high gloss/piano black lacquer finish is very well done and compliments modern A/V components. I am very glad I went with this 'Limited Edition' gloss black version over the standard faux-wood veneer finished OmniMount Echo 50 - 50 Inch Video Table
With the fully open back, you will want to spend a little more time making your cables neat and not visible from the front.
It feels VERY sturdy, I had no qualm putting nearly 100lbs of electronics on the bottom shelf - plus an LCD on top.
My only gripe, and reason for the 4 star rating, is the shallow 15.5" depth. My larger components are hanging off the back in order to fit, which also requires spacing the stand further from the wall than I'd like. If you are only using this for small items, for example a cable box and game console, it is just fine.
One note - although the description says the legs are chrome, they are in fact a brushed metal finish - which I prefer anyway. Also, as mentioned in earlier reviews there is NOT a cable management channel on this model. The back is finished just like the front. Adhesive-back cable clips are included, but are narrow and could only accommodate a few cables.

Bush Furniture Stanford TV Stand Review

(More customer reviews)After reading a number of reviews on Amazon and other sites, I felt that this piece of furniture was the best value available. By the way, I ordered this piece and paid for 1-day shipping, which was only $10 and it arrived in 1-day, all 113 lbs!
A couple of things you should know before purchasing this item. First, it is 100% particle board, no real wood. Not necessarily a problem, but just so you know what you are getting. Second, check all pieces before assembling. I got about half-way through the 3 1/2 hour job (not sure how the one reviewer did it in 1 hour!) and realized that one of the pieces had cracked paint. Given the location of the piece and the lack of desire to return, I continued anyway. Some of the pieces don't line up as well as they should and you may need to force a few together. (Doors are tricky to line up perfectly)
However, given the price I paid and the strength and appearance of the piece, I still feel it was a good purchase. I would recommend this piece, just not highly recommend.

If you are looking for something that looks decent and comes at a decent price, this should serve you well. Good height for the TV, and I wasn't hesitant to put a screw into the top through the back of the TV stand. Very good option if you don't want to wall-mount your flat-screen. Took 10-15 minutes to assemble.
